EC launched the 4th selection process for Projects of Common Interest

The European Commission launched the 4th process for the selection of projects of common interest (PCI) for electricity infrastructure as defined by the Regulation (EU) No. 347/2013 on the guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure (TEN-E Regulation). The application is possible for projects included in the Ten Year Development Plan 2018 (TYNDP 2018) prepared by the European network of System Operators for Electricity (ENSTO-E). Project promoters can submit their announcements on two platforms, for storage and transmission projects. The deadline for submitting the application expires on November 15, 2018.

More information about the PCI certification process can be found in the TEN-E Regulation or general in the EC's pages.
