Within its obligations, the Energy Agency will in the future implement the heat price regulation for district heating of distributors carrying out a service of general economic interest, and the price charged by a regulated heat producer.

With regulation of prices and implementation of relevant executive regulations the Energy Agency will take care that the price of heat from individual distribution systems of distributors carrying out a service of general economic interest will reflect the eligible costs of production and distribution of heat, and that the activity of heat distribution and distribution of other energy gases will be a reliable, economically effective and environmentally friendly system of supply.
